Global warming and how we cause it, part 3. The series that continues from my last post and will, in all likelyhood continue well beyond this post. Read the following statement closely.

“We know that if climate change is not stopped, all parts of the world will suffer. Some will even be destroyed.”

–British Prime Minister Tony Blair, September 2002

British Prime Minister Tony Blair is not known for saying such things without serious consideration. So everyone must take pause when they read that statement.

Previously we spoke on the melting ice-caps, glaciers, loosing 40-percent of the worlds drinking water, the dangers to sea traffic and finally flooding, caused by the rising sea level. Today we are going to touch on recycling.

It never fails, you take a drive in most any direction and you shortly come upon garbage. It sets on the curbs in bags, cans, or boxes. It lies on the street, alleys, and highways. People have come so use to seeing it that they hardly even register it being there.

That is truely a sad statement; “People have come so use to seeing it that they hardly even register it being there.” This needs to change. We need to change.

Our dumps continue to grow on a daily basis and what some have failed to realize is “the world we are living on is not growing, its size remains the same.” Once this registers to everyone they to will take pause and see the need to recycle.

Hopefully this information will be absorbed before it is to late to join in the fight. Starting to recycle now will greatly reduce your garbage output and considerably lower your carbon footprint – Which directly affects climate change, global warming and the world.

With this said I will pause and my next post will continue from here. So watch for the next post “How We Cause Global Warming -Part -4″.

I do not pull punches, nor am I rude, I just tell it like I see it and offer the best advice to go green I am able. The changes being made to the environment CAN be fought, but we must act now.

My first suggestion when someone asks me about going green is always to participate in recycling. It is simple to make, and see, a difference when you recycle and this is what makes it so easy to stick too.

There is an immediate feeling of satisfaction, when you notice the amount of your garbage, going to the local dumps, is significantly reduced. You cannot help but to feel good about that, and why should you not, it is great to know your helping.

I already hear people reading this and saying; but what items are recyclable, and where are they deposited? Lets not get worried. I promised this would be a simple go green tip that makes a difference, and I aim to keep my word.

If you are in a community where it is not obvious where, and what recycling is, I would call your local town hall, or police for the information. In many communities the area schools collect the recycling, and it benefits the school, and the community for them to do so. Not so hard.

Another way to go green and make a difference in your community, the world, and even your own bank account is to use solar, or wind turbine, power. Once again I can just feel the panic come over you as you read this and in your minds eye all you can see is dollar signs, and you start shouting at your computer screen that it is so expensive and out of your immediate budget.

Remember my promise. I am here to help. Firstly, you will discover some important links at the end of this article that will save you many thousands of dollars over your lifetime, and they are 100% money back guaranteed to work for you, for under $200.00. You do not need to faint. These products have been made available due to our need to slow this environmental snowball.

Take some time to read the material about these great products and you will quickly realize the numerous benefits you will gain by acquiring them.

Some benefits include:

1) Lowering, or removing your current utility bill.
2) Actually able to receive money from your utility company.
3) Sharing these products for profit from friends, and neighbors.

There are actually more benefits, not the least of which is your contribution to the world and helping us go green. So take part in making a difference and start to go green today.

If you feel I am pressuring you to purchase products you do not feel you are ready for, step back and think about them for a while, they have been in business for years, and will be there tomorrow too. I have only offered them here as a convenience to you, and my only hope is to offer you suggestions, and ideas, that will benefit you, and our world. Thanks as always, for reading another article by: info2saveearth.com.

Summary: This is a frank explanation of what climate change is, and how it affects us now, and will affect us in the future.

Reading this is the nicest thing you can ever do for your grandchildren, besides acting upon what you read.

Now days climate change is spoken, or written about, in pretty much every aspect of our lives. But how many people actually understand what climate change is, and how it affects us now, and will affect us, in the future?

Does anyone reading this not know the planets temperature is rising steadily?

This is commonly referred to as “Global Warming”. The planets temperature rising is just one way that will affect us and change our climate. If you follow what happens because of the planets temperature rising, thats when you really start to set up and take notice.

Suddenly someone notices there is an affect that follows the cause – The old “cause and affect” strategy. The planet warms and the ice on the planet begins to melt, but “cause and affect” does not stop there. No. The ice melts and the sea level begins to rise.

Now we know that the climate change is affecting us by:
a) Global Warming -The planet is heating up.
b) The planets ice shelves are melting, and
c) The oceans sea level is rising.

But how does these things affect us -Me and, you?

Besides the weather patterns getting very unpredictable, and in some cases extremely haphazard, there is the issue of the melting ice. This ice melting is hazardous to us in many ways -To name just a few:

There are many species of the planet that may very likely become extinct because they are losing their habitat.

Loss of any species to the planet is, or should be, a great concern to us all. Some of these species are hunted for food by people, and losing them is a loss of a food source in an area where food sources are very scarce. These same species are also hunted for their hides to keep people warm in climates that are extremely cold.

Here some may suggest the warming climate could be good for these people, so they are not so cold. This is such an outrageous thought and is why these kinds of articles are so important to better educate the people of our world. Because, again I point out “cause and affect”. Nothing changes without a cause and an affect.

Affect: Now we discuss the rise of the worlds sea level. There are many communities that are actually below the worlds sea level, and its rising can cause horrible tragedies around the world.

Is there anyone reading this article that is not aware of what happened to a “little” community called “New Orleans”? This is just a sample of the tragedies that will be in the future if we do not take action.

How does climate change affect us? At this point, I am hopeful that my article has given you some idea. Now for the important part of this article, what can “we” -I, and you, do about it?

To be perfectly honest, I do not really believe that the affects of our climate change can be stopped, or reversed at this point, But, I do believe we can still slow its affects way down, if we will all just take action.

If your still reading and asking yourself “what can I do?” Then on behalf of my grandchildren -The eldest being two, 6-11-2009 -I want to thank you.

Lets discuss what you can do to help:
1) accept that you can help even if you have a limited income. This is the first step to actually making progress, and helping. Otherwise you would just feel too overwhelmed thinking you could not possible afford to make a difference. But there are many levels of help that you can participate in, and the most important level is the level that you participate in.

2) Choose your level of participation:

    a) Costs you nothing, and will actually save you money.
To put it simply, turn off those unnecessary lights. Turn off the water while you are brushing your teeth, or shampooing your hair, or soaping up. Do not waste gasoline making useless trips to the store. Try to make a list and limit your trips to the store. Saves you gasoline and money you would have spent on gasoline.

Try to carpool with someone that is already going to the store, or even to work. Simple things that cost you nothing.

Can we go a step better that still does not cost you any money? Sure. How about locating your local recycling facility. Now instead of adding to the problem, you are taking steps to alleviate it. This is not hard, and I have shown you how you can actually keep more of the money you already have.

    b) Is a level that would require some expenditure, the amount of expenditure would be entirely up to you.

Replace those old energy wasting light bulbs with some new energy saving light bulbs -You do not need to do them all at once, if your budget wont allow for it. You can simply switch them out as the old bulbs burnout.

Now make certain that all of your faucets, and shower heads, all have water conserving restrictors, or heads.

Get your car tuned up, and be sure and check your tires air pressure. If within your ability, look into trading off that old gas hog, for a newer model, preferably a hybrid.

Now that you know how does climate change affect us, and how you can help “affect” climate change, I hope you will share this info2SaveEarth, with everyone you know and remember to visit info2SaveEarth.com for more tips and suggestions.

For all your efforts to help, my grandchildren thank you!
